Exchange, Return and Refund

It can sometimes happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you did not like the product or maybe there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After the cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive the full order amount including shipping costs refunded within 14 days, provided that the items are returned in good condition. This means that the items are not damaged, dirty, washed, altered and all labels are still on the article. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged during a return.

To return an item you can use our fixed return procedure or via the track & trace mail you have received, there is a link where you can return your order.

Note: the return costs are for your own account. These costs are € 6.80 per package up to 10 kg for Belgium and € 12.50 per package up to 2 kg for the Netherlands. From 2 to 10 kilos, the return costs for the Netherlands are € 15. You can pay this amount during the return procedure. For other countries, please inform us via returns@allbyfaith.shop

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day the last item of your order is delivered. To use this right you can contact us via info@allbyfaith.shop. After receiving the return shipment the paid amount will be refunded within 14 days to your bankaccount.

Exchange/Return Process

Do you want to exchange/refund your product? That is no problem at all.

  1. To get started, click on the profile icon located in the store's navigation, or visit the refund policy or returns page, and select the option to request a return.
  2. You'll be prompted to log in to your account. Simply enter your email address in the Email field, and then click Continue.
  3. Check your email for a message from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Return to the online store and enter the six-digit verification code.
  5. Click on the order that you want to return and select the items that you want to return if your order has more than one item.
  6. Choose a return reason and add a note for the store.
  7. Finally, click the button to submit your return request.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you'll receive an email with detailed instructions and a return shipping label. Once we receive the returned product, you can expect to receive your refund shortly.
